Metro Parc – Hialeah
BPG acquired a land site in Hialeah, Florida in 2021. The deal represents the firm’s first investment into the Miami market. The site is entitled for a 560-unit multifamily development with over 20,000 SF of retail. The site spans nearly an entire block and is adjacent to the Metrorail entrance and Hialeah Hospital, which is one of the largest hospitals in Florida. This project will become one of the first highly amenitized, Class-A multifamily assets in the Hialeah market. Project completion is anticipated for Q4 2023.
