12 East 88th Street, NYC
BPG’s predecessor company Simon Baron acquired a 100,000 square foot pre-war building designed by Rosario Candela in 2014 in order to convert to condominiums. The building was completely gut renovated and modernized while maintaining and paying homage to the timeless Candela design. The building is located on a pristine block in Manhattan’s Upper East Side between 5th Avenue and Madison Avenue, ideally located; steps from Central Park and the Guggenheim Museum. The top floors have sweeping views of the park and the reservoir. As of 2020 the project was largely sold out with only two units remaining for sale.
