Josh Biel is a Vice President at Baron Property Group. He brings nearly a decade of experience and is responsible for delivering both acquisition and asset management expertise. Prior to joining BPG, Josh was a Senior Associate with Quinlan Development Group. Josh is involved in all aspects of the real estate deal cycle, from sourcing and initial underwriting, through lease-up and sale or recapitalization, and has been throughout his career.

Prior to joining Quinlan Development Group, Josh worked for Arch Companies, where he focused primarily on acquisitions and asset management in the value-add multifamily space. Josh also previously worked for JMH Development, focusing on boutique luxury development projects in New York City and Miami.

Josh graduated from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Management, majoring in Finance and minoring in Legal Studies.
